Who we are

We are Jeremy and Jessi Graves. We wanted to find indoor training space where our boys could practice baseball during our long Minnesota winters. Jeremy wanted to pursue his passion for coaching the game he loves. So when an old farmstead came up for sale, that happened to have a large outbuilding on it, we decided to take the leap and turn it into a baseball training facility.

Okay, so maybe the building isn’t too impressive from the outside, but we really spruced it up the inside! The space will have everything you need to get your baseball and softball skills to the next level, and we want to make it available for our community to use as well.

What We Do

At Next Level Baseball + Softball, we work with athletes to help get them to their next level. We take a health-first approach towards instruction so athletes can safely progress in the game making them smarter, stronger, healthier, and more mentally resilient.

Our mission is simple: to inform, instruct and inspire athletes to grow not just as players on the field, but as people off the field. We believe in empowering each athlete to take control of their program and their progression. Next Level is not a baseball factory, we are a high-level program that stresses player development through hard work and dedication. We strive to positively impact player performance by using the latest National Pitching Association (NPA) research and protocols. We educate athletes, expose them to drills and activities to promote learning, and provide them experience to be applied both in the game and in life. All of this is done in an environment conducive to allowing skill development.
